Chris Boyer Horsemanship is now offering for sale “True Taste” aka Dobby. He is a registered, unraced thoroughbred gelding by Sardegna and out of Infinite Truth. He just turned 6 years old the 1st of January and he is 15.3 hands. He has had a year of training at Chris Boyer Horsemanship. He has excellent ground manners. He leads nicely, stands tied quietly, does ground work, easily picks up all four feet, easy to bathe, and so much more. Dobby is just as easy to handle under saddle. He’ll step right up to a mounting block to get on and off of. He is super soft and will walk, trot, canter, and back up with face. He side passes, has shoulder and hip control, and knows how to pick up the correct leads. This horse has all the foundation and more!

 

Dobby does not have a mean bone in his body, he has a very sweet disposition, and is a joy to train on. From day one he has never so much as pinned his ears. He is very welling to do what you ask, extremely broke, and very respectful. He is safe and quite enough for a beginner, yet a more advanced rider could take him to the next level in dressage.
